About Strathmore
Providing artists of all levels with the ideal surface for producing beautiful works of art
-
The Strathmore brand name began to appear on fine art papers in 1899 and quickly became known as one of the highest quality art papers used by many leading artists around the world. Strathmore has kept this reputation as a supplier of fine art paper for over a century continuing to provide artists of all levels with the ideal surface for producing beautiful works of art.
From the manufacturer
Heavyweight sketch paper features a fine-toothed texture that effectively captures and retains pigment. Enjoy the freedom to experiment thanks to the paper's ability to withstand repeat erasing. Perfect for preliminary drawings such as classroom figure studies, still life, and landscape or urban sketching projects.
Confidently apply graphite, charcoal, chalk, sketching stick, and colored pencil. Pads come in 50 and 100-sheet options, providing ample practice space or preferred travel sizing. Also available as Rolls, Sheets, and Art Journals in harbound and softcover books.
Surprise your favorite artist with a brand they will love! Strathmore's legacy extends from the classroom to professional studios. Inspire students, friends, & family to keep their creativity alive. Perfect for your next back to school, holiday, birthday or Christmas present.
